Day 244 (Sunday):
This feels like forever ago now. I really need to get back in the habit of doing this daily instead of weekly--it would be easier.
I called 911 because some cows were out of their pen and really close to the highway. It was my civic duty.
Day 245 (Monday):
I'm blanking out on this day. I don't remember much of anything from this day. Oh! I stayed up late and wrote thank you cards for my scholarship donors.
Day 246 (Tuesday):
I was walking to class and saw a girl in my class whom I'm not terribly close with, but I read on her blog that she was struggling with trust. And I felt that I needed to give her a hug. (Weird, right? Me? Hug someone? Psh. Never.) It was good though, she thanked me for the hug and we talked for a little bit about various things.
Night class. An encouraging email to a friend. You can do this.
Day 247 (Wednesday):
I stayed up way too late talking to some friends about love and life. (Among other things.) It's amazing how funny things become after 2am. So much laughter. And laughter is a precious gift.
Day 248 (Thursday):
I tried to give a cashier a dime at Walmart. I needed to give him another whole dollar. And apparently he didn't want the dime. (This is just an example of my poor reading skills. ha.)
But seriously, today I gave some friends this sparkling water stuff that I didn't like. They liked it better than I did, so I gave it to them.
And I spent some time with another friend talking about what was going on in her life and in my Death and Dying class. (Big contrast, let me tell you.)
God Bless!
